The island of Ireland is in the northwest of Europe, part of the British archipelago. This one is divided into the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Dublin is the capital city of the Republic of Ireland while Belfast is the capital city of Northern Ireland. Its population is about 4.5 million and the official languages are Irish, Celtic native and English.

Carrantuohill is the highest mountain of Ireland, this is 1039 m. and is located in County Kerry in the Republic of Ireland. Climb this one is a fairly common among tourists.

Someone went to Ireland one week ago, this was very exciting, someone visited the Cliffs of Moher; these rises 120 meters above the Atlantic Ocean.

About Northern Ireland, it is a good idea to visit The Giant´s Causeway, this is an area containing some 40,000 basalt columns from the relatively fast cooling of lava in a crater. It´s located on the northeastern coast of the island of Ireland, in County Antrim. It was declared a World Heritage Site in 1986 and a National Nature Reserve in 1987.

Someone have been eating lots of potatoes because they are the staple of the Irish.

Comparing with Mexico Ireland:

Mexico is bigger than Ireland, this one is about 28 times larger in territorial extention.

Mexico has better weather than Ireland, this one is a country with a diverse climate and it rains a lot in there.

In Mexico, the official currency is the Peso while in the Republic of Ireland, it is the Euro, because it belongs to the European Union. Northern Ireland uses as Pound sterling official currency because it doesn’t belong to the European Union unless the UK.

Mexico has a wider dining than Ireland but also in Ireland the food is good.

Although Ireland has extraordinary places, Mexico has more tourist attractions.
